PLEASE NOTE

In accordance with the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA), a Limited Licence must be obtained for the supply of liquor at a function from the office of Consumer and Business Services (‘CBS’).

It is the responsibility of the hirer to check with CBS if a licence is required and arrange for the relevant Limited Licence.
